1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Polystream, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. These Terms govern your access to and use of the polystream.xyz website, the app.polystream.xyz interface, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Polycore XYZ Labs Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Scope of Service
Polystream provides a platform designed to optimize yields on digital assets by automatically allocating assets into DeFi strategies such as lending and liquidity provision across multiple protocols. The Services provide an interface for users to interact with non-custodial smart contracts deployed on public blockchains.
3. No Guaranteed Returns
While Polystream is designed to optimize returns, no fixed or guaranteed yield is promised. Actual returns may vary depending on market conditions, protocol performance, and blockchain activity.
4. Non-Custodial Service
Polystream is non-custodial. We do not have possession, custody, or control over any cryptoassets or user funds. When you interact with the protocol, you retain control over your assets at all times. Your funds are deposited directly into audited smart contracts.
5. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether Polystream fits their financial goals and risk appetite. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We never have access to your private keys.
6. Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals at any time. Withdrawals may go through a processing period to allow the vault to safely unwind or rebalance strategies, protecting system stability.
7. Assumption of Risk
You assume the risks of engaging in blockchain-based technology. Smart contracts, cryptographic tokens, and blockchain networks are experimental and subject to risks including bugs, cyberattacks, forks, and total loss of assets. We assume no liability for such risks.
8. Limitation of Liability
Polystream and Polycore XYZ Labs Ltd are not liable for losses caused by market volatility, failures in blockchain networks or third-party smart contracts, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for illegal activity, money laundering, financing terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to restrict access if we suspect prohibited use.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
